摘要
将GB/T3091-2001《低压流体输送用焊接钢管》标准与ISO以及国外同类先进标准的尺寸允许偏差、化学成分、力学及工艺性能等多项技术指标进行较全面的对比,找出差距,并简要分析产生差距的原因,指出目前我国焊接钢管产品质量上尚待解决的若干问题。企业需从提高焊管尺寸精度,降低钢中P、S含量,增加埋弧焊的弯曲试验等方面着手,使我国焊接钢管的产品质量达到国际标准。
A comparison of the Chinese National Standard GB/T3091-2001《Weld Steel Tubes for Low-pressure Fluid Transport Service》with similar advanced international standards in terms of permissible dimensional deviation, chemical composition, mechanical property and technological performance is made, and the gaps and the causes therefore are identified. It is proposed that domestic makers of the said weld tubes need to get their products up to relevant international standards by means of improving product geometric accuracy, reducing P and S contents in the steel and adding bend test for the SAW tube, etc.
