通过分析城市轨道交通的经济特性 ,提出城市轨道交通建设、经营的合理模式 ;在此基础上 ,指出上海城市轨道交通依托股票市场进行股份制经营的意义和方式。
By analyzing the economic features of urban mass transit(UMT), and some models of UMT construction and operation which are considered friendly to the economic and social environment of Shanghai, the author argues that it is significant and also a good approach to the stock operation of UMT in Shanghai by way of taking the advantage of stock market.
