两种冠醚固定液毛细管气相色谱性能之比较

摘要 两种新型聚硅氧烷侧链含氮冠醚(十一亚甲基15冠-5和十一亚甲基18-冠-6)被成功地合成出来,并将它们涂渍在弹性石英毛细管柱上进行色谱评价。结果表明,这两种固定液具有优良的色谱性能。它们能很好地分离芳香族化合物,尤其是成功地分离了一些胺类化合物,而且这两种固定液对正构醇和正构酸甲酯有相当好的选择姓。本文着重比较这两种固定液色谱性能的各方面异同。 Two new crown ethers (ω-undecamethylene-aza-15-crown-5 polysiloxane and ω-undecamethylene-aza-18-crown-6 polysiloxane) were synthesized successfully and coated on two fused silica capillary columns. These columns were evaluated. As a result, these two stationary phases have good chromatographic characteristics. They separated some aromatic compounds well, especially they had separated some amines successfully. These two stationary phases have excellent selectivity for n -alcohols and n-esters. This paper puts emphasis on comparing the similarities and differences of chromatographic characteristics of these two stationary phases in every respect.
