摘要
本文论述了猪皮绒面革染色的若干技术问题。为了保证和提高绒面革的染色质量,在工艺技术上采用多阶段脱除油脂和加强臀部处理,以保证蓝湿革的质量;染色操作采用“六定”的方法,以减少色差;选择合适的匀染剂、染料、油脂,并注重它们的合理搭配。
Dyeing technologies of pig suede upper leathers were discussed.For
improving dyeing quality of suede leathers,multistage degreasing and
butt enhencing treatment were used.'six confirmations'were taken in
dyeing operation to diminish chromatic oberration.in the same time,
selecting appropriate uniformer,dye and staff,and regarding their
reasonable arrangement were needed.
