甘肃省地处西部经济欠发达地区、却是全国土地资源和矿产资源相对丰富的省份。文章在分析甘肃省国土资源现状和国土资源市场建设现状的基础上 ,针对土地市场建设和探矿权采矿权市场建设方面存在的问题展开深层次剖析论述。并结合实际就如何进一步建立完善甘肃省土地市场和矿业权市场提出一些新的工作思路。

Gansu province is located in the west of China, where the economy is struggling even with the presence of abundant land and mineral resources. Based on the analysis of the current situation of land resources in Gansu Province, the paper discusses ways of improving the land market, the mining rights market and the process of exploration. The author also offers some new solutions for improving market construction.
