稀土元素对嗜酸链霉菌的生物效应初探

A PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION OF THE BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF RARE EARTH ELEMENTS ON STREPTOMYCES ACIDOPHILUS

嗜酸链霉菌是葡萄糖异构酶的产生菌之一,具有良好生产潜力。对该菌的生理特性深入研究可有效地提高其产酶活性。系统地研究了硝酸稀土对该菌株在固体培养基上的菌落形态及在液体培养基中产葡萄糖异构酶的酶活水平的影响。实验结果表明:选择适当浓度的硝酸稀土用于嗜酸链霉菌发酵生产葡萄糖异构酶,可以提高酶活水平。

Streptomyces acidophilus is one of the glucose isomerase producing strains. It has an excellent productive potentialities. The relations between the rare earth elements and the morphological and the physiological properties of the strain were systematically studied on the solid and in the liquid media respectively. The results showed that a suitable concentration of rare earth elements in the fermentation medium could increase the activity of glucose isomerase effectively.
