The economy of the enterprises appraised as 100 Tops in China Electronic Component Industry 2003 is analyzed in regards with the aspects of the sales, income from exportation, developing features of the main products, manufacturer places and economic effect. The advantages and disadvantage are discussed. The development tendency in 2003 is forecasted. The total sails is RMB$46.2 billion,slightly lower than that of the last 100 Tops. The total income from exportation is US$ 2.19 billion, increased by 8.42% compared with that of the last 100 Tops. The total profit increased by 0.76% compared with that of the same period last year. The sales and profit of the foreign-oriented enterprise increase rather higher. The 100 Tops are located mainly in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejang, Shanghai and Fujian.
