摘要
本文推导了欠饱和交叉路口延误及停车次数的表达式。以延误及停车次数的加权和为目标函数给出了周期和绿信比同时优化的方法。
In this paper, the theoretical analysis of isolated intersections is presented. The expressions of delays and stops at undersatured intersections are given. In consideration of the wast time, the simultaneous optimisation of cycle time and green splits is put forward.
