脑血管病患者抑郁临床特征影响因素及护理对策研究

Depressive symptoms,influencing factors and countermeasures of cerebrovascular disease

目的 :探讨脑血管患者病后抑郁症状的特点及其影响因素 ,以寻求其对策。方法 :采用访谈式问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁检查(HAMD)量表、抑郁自评 (SDS)量表及多元逐步回归分析进行调查。结果 :检出率为 3 7.9% ,有睡眠障碍、心境悲观、消极情绪等 ,并与病变部位有一定关系 ,其发生与日常生活自理能力、健康自我评价、经济负担等因素有关。结论 :要高度重视抑郁的发生及其影响因素 。

Objective:To study depressive symptoms,influencing factors and countermeasures of cerebrovascular disease.Method:206 patiens of cerebrovascular disease were interviewed by using HAMD and SDS. Result:The prevalence of depressive symptoms in this group was 37.9%.Multivariate analyses indicated that altiveties of daily life,self perceived health and finances were the main factors contributing to the depressive symptoms of this patients.Conclusion:The causes and influencing factors of depression must be preventd and treated immediately.
