摘要
目的:应用SPM(统计参数图)对强迫症患者和正常人的PET图像进行组间t检验分析。材料和方法:男性强迫症患者6例,性别年龄匹配的正常人6例,分别行^(18)F-FDG PET显像,应用SPM(统计参数图)对患者和正常人的PET图像进行组间t检验分析。结果:SPM分析显示强迫症患者代谢增加的脑区域有左侧扣带回(Brodmann32区)、左侧上额叶灰质(Brodmann10区)、左侧中额时灰质(Brodmann9区)、左侧中额叶白质、左侧下额叶白质、左侧壳外白质、左侧边缘叶前联合白质、左侧海马旁回(Brodmann30区)、左侧丘脑背内侧核、左侧小脑扁桃体、右侧中额叶白质、右侧壳外白质、右侧丘脑背内侧核。结论:SPM分析可以显示强迫症患者的异常额纹状体丘脑环路,是分析功能代谢的有力方法。
Purpose: Cerebral metabolic involvement was evaluated in patients with obsessive - compulsive disorder (OCD) using 18F - FDG PET. Materials and Methods: 18F - FDG PET was performed on 6 OCD patients and 6 age、 gender - matched healthy volunteers. The PET images were subjected to SPM (statistical parameter mapping). Results: The glucose metabolism increase was found in left cingulate, thalamic nucleus medialis dorsalis, frontal, extra - nuclear white matter, commissurarostralis, parahippocampi; right medial frontal, thalamic nucleus medialis dorsalis and extra - nuclear white matter. Conclusion: SPM can show the glucose metabolism abnormality of frontostriatal circuits in OCD. SPM method is a powerful tool in brain function study.
