摘要
以小试实验所确定的适宜操作条件为依据,以中国石油抚顺石化分公司石油一厂润滑油糠醛精制装置减二线抽出液为溶剂,在不加反抽提剂和加反抽提剂的情况下,分别对催化裂化回炼油进行了抽提中试试验。试验结果表明,不加反抽提剂,在抽提条件为:剂油比1.5,抽提塔顶温度60℃、塔底温度40℃时,抽余油的收率为76%左右,其饱和分含量由55%提高到75%左右,总硫、总氮含量以及残炭都大幅度下降。而抽出油的收率为40%左右,饱和分含量小于10%,可做橡胶填充油。另外反抽提剂的加入,可以提高抽提塔的分离效果。
According to the fitting operation conditions of laboratory scale test,and on each condition of adding reverse extractant and not adding reverse extractant,the extraction middle scale test about catalytic cracking cycle oil is performed by taking the vacuum cut 2 extract oil from lubricant furfural refining unit in No.1 Refinery of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Co. as solvent.The experimental result shows that,on the condition of not adding reverse extractant and when the extraction condition is a solvent-oil ratio of 1.5(weight),a top temperature of the extraction tower of 60℃,and the bottom temperature of 40℃,the yield of the raffinate oil is about 76%,of which the saturated constituent is increased from 55% to 75% or so,the total sulfur and total nitrogen concentration as well as carbon residue are decreased greatly,and the yield of extract oil is about 40%,of which the saturated constituent is under 10%,and they can be used as rubber oil.In addition,it can improve the separating effect of extraction tower to add the reverse extractant.
