简要概括了国内四冲程摩托车技术发展方向。针对国内四冲程摩托车发动机的结构特点和发动机的润滑特性,详述了长城SF10W/40、SJ10W/40、SJ10W/50摩托车专用油的研制过程,SJ10W/40四冲程摩托车专用油的发动机台架和行车试验的结果进行了综合评价。试验表明,该油完全满足GS 125四冲程发动机的合理润滑要求。
The direction of technical development of domestic 4T motorcycle oils are generalized.According to the configuration and lubricating characteristics of domestic 4T motorcycle engine,the development process of Great Wall SF 10W/40,SJ 10W/40,SJ 10W/50 motorcycle specialty oils is described in detail.And the overall evaluation about the engine bench test and the field test of SJ 10W/40 motorcycle oil is carried out.The results show that the Great Wall SJ 10W/40 motorcycle oil can completely meet the lubricating requriements of GS-125 4T motorcycle engine.
