摘要
介绍Z5 0 1型预转化催化剂在制氢装置的工业应用。传统的轻油蒸汽转化制氢工艺对原料的要求较高 ,运行周期不长。预转化工艺是对传统制氢工艺的重要改进 ,国产预转化催化剂的成功开发和应用 ,将极大地推动预转化工艺发展。
In this paper,the application of Z501 naphtha steam pre reforming catalyst in hydrogen production units is presented.In traditional hydrogen production process,the request to feedstock is more rigorous and the running period is shorter.The pre reforming technique is an important improvement on traditional hydrogen production process.The successful development and application of domestic pre reforming catalyst will accelerate the development of pre reforming process.
