摘要
实验室合成了一种含受阻酚的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯类(DBTC)无灰抗氧剂,用IR、MS以及元素分析等对其进行了结构表征;利用旋转氧弹(简称RBOT)分别对其在HVIWH125基础油和HVI200基础油中的性能进行了考察,并和其它几种无灰抗氧剂的性能进行了对比。利用薄层氧化(简称TFOUT)和修改了的薄层氧化法(简称MTFOUT)对其在10W/40SH/CD加氢基础油中的抗氧化性能做了研究,均表现出了优良的抗氧活性,同时对其抗氧机理进行了探讨。
The anti-oxidative property of hindered phenol-containing dialkyl dithiocarbamate in the hydro-treated base stock(125N) and solvent refined neutral paraffin base stock(200SN) is studied. The oxidative evaluation methods such as Rotary Bomb Oxidation Test(RBOT),Thin Film Oxygen Uptake Test(TFOUT) and Modified Thin Film Oxygen Uptake Test(MTFOUT) are employed to study their antioxidative abilities. By comparison with the experimental results of other kinds of antioxidants under RBOT condition, it is found that the hindered phenolcontaining dialkyl dithiocarbamate shows excellent anti-oxidative activity, especially in SH/CD 10W/40 hydrotreated base stock; The TFOUT and MTFOUT results show that the hindered phenolcontaining dialkyl dithiocarbamate is the most effective in all antioxidants chosen in the study. And the antioxidative mechanism of the compound in lubricants is explored.
