Theoretical study for muscle contraction

本文从物理学的角度来研究肌肉运动的微观机制。我们从肌球肌动蛋白系统的结构抽象出SIRM(stochasticinclinedrodmodel)模型。我们通过数值计算和模拟的方法来研究影响肌肉运动的有关因素,以此来为肌肉进行诊断和治疗提供理论上的支持。

We study microscopic mechanism for muscle's motion based on physics theory. From the structure of myosin actin system we set up the Stochastic Inclined Rod Model. In order to get some information of the muscle's motion we adopt a numerical method, which may be make for muscle's diagnosis and treatment.
