摘要
目的 观察卡维地洛降压疗效及对血脂、糖代谢的影响。 方法 将 78例轻、中度原发性高血压患者随机分为两组 ,其中卡维地洛组 42例 ,美托洛尔组 36例。治疗前后测两组病人血压、空腹血脂、血糖、胰岛素、计算胰岛素的敏感指数 (ISI)。 结果 两组血压明显下降 ,组间无差别 ( P >0 0 5 ) ,而卡维地洛组更能降低TG、CHO、LDL C、血糖 ,升高HDL C ,提高胰岛素敏感性 ,与美托洛尔组相比有显著性差异。 结论 卡维地洛在有效降压的同时 ,能改善血脂、糖代谢。
Objective To observe the curative efficacy of carvedilol in hypertensive patients and its influence on serum lipids and glycometabolism. Methods 78 mild to moderate hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups:carvedilol group(n 1=42) and metoprolol group(n 2=36),they were treated for 6 months,all the patients were detected blood pressure,serum concentration of fasting lipids,insulin and glucose and calculated insulin-sensitivity index(ISI) before and after therapy. Results The blood pressure of patients in two groups all significantly descended after therapy.But only the carvedilol group significantly decreased TG,CHO,LDL-C,and increase HDL-C and improve insulin sensitivity. Conclusion Carvedilol could not only decrease blood pressure effectively in EH patients but also improve serum lipids and glycometabolism.
