红蜡片固定治疗耳廓假囊肿

Clinical application of wax fixation therapy in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle

目的 观察红蜡片固定疗法对耳廓假囊肿的疗效。方法 对65例耳廓假囊肿病人采用穿刺抽液后再用红蜡片固定2周的方法进行治疗。结果 63例病人经随访6个月～2年后未见复发,有2例病人复发后予以再次同法固定后治愈;所有病人无感染、软骨坏死畸形等并发症。结论红蜡片固定治疗耳廓假囊肿,具有容易固定,操作简单,疗效明显等优点,值得在临床上选用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect ot wax fixation therapy in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods 65 cases with pseudocyst of auricle were included in this study. Firstly, puncture to the cyst was carried out to aspirate the cyst fluid. Then, wax was used to fix the lesion area of auricle, lasting for two weeks. Results Among these cases, 63 were cured, with no reoccurring after a following up period of 6 months to 2 years, and 2 were seen with lesion reoccurring during the following up period. For the reoccurred cases, was fixation as given once more, with lesion cured following the second therapy in the same way. Conclusion Wax fixation therapy is effective on pseudocyst of auricle with such advantages as easy in fixing, simple in operating and significant in the therapeutic effect.
