摘要
本文研究了X射线荧光光谱仪所用电解质标样的制作方法 ,探讨了切合实际的制作工艺 ,减少了基体效应和粒度效应对光谱分析所造成的影响。成功的制作出 9个点的一套标准样品 ,并应用于生产控制 ,使电解铝的电流效率在一个月内提高到 92 % ,取得显著的经济效益和节电效果。
This paper studies the method of making electrolyte standard sample for the X-ray fluorescent spectrometer, and discuss the feasible process. The set of standard sample with 9 standard points has been used in the production control, which made the current efficient to improve to 92% within one month and made the remarkable benefit and energy-saving result.
