本文针对山东分公司的实际情况 ,提出应以加大科技进步和节能技术改造为重点 ;加强余热余能的回收利用 ;进一步强化能源管理的基础性工作 ,加大考核力度等有效途径来开展节能降耗工作。为公司进一步开展降本增效工作 ,指出了方向。

This paper was directed against the practical condition in Shandong Branch, and made the key point of technical development and energy saving reconstruction have been put forward. Strengthened waste heat recovery and went further into energy managemenient, and enhanced examin power to develop the work of energy saving and lower consumption. The work orientation and emphasis in the company in the future were also given.
