This paper introduced on the active condition of founding 'leakless plant' in 1st calcined shop, and explained to develop leakless activities that can solidify basis management of the enterprise and to improve site management and eguipment, to raise the consciousness of energy saving and environmentle control, beautified the environmentl of workman. Considerable economic benefits have been obtained.
