摘要 缝隙连接(gapjunction,GJ)是相邻细胞间直接交流胞质成分进行通讯的唯一通道。中枢神经系统神经元间GJ通讯涉及许多生理及病理的过程,其通道的开-关与神经损伤的修复、癫痫的发作、记忆的形成与再现、肌痉挛的发生等均密切相关。因此,通过了解调节GJ开-关的诸多因素,阻止神经元损伤的扩延,在神经功能重建时期,开放GJ通讯促进神经元的重塑具有重要的临床意义。
