高职院校要发展,必须有一支结构合理,能体现高职特色的高水平师资队伍,才能培养出既具有一定理论基础、又有实践动手能力的“下得去、用得上、留得住、上手快”的高素质应用型人才。因此,师资队伍建设是高职院校的第一建设。本文结合昆明冶金高等专科学校加强师资队伍建设的成功经验,探讨高职院校如何加强师资队伍建设。

For a sustainable development, higher vocational colleges need to have a high-level teaching staff capableof embodying the characteristics of higher vocational education, so that they can train high-quality talents good at boththeoretical and practical capability.
