On Inheritance and Innovation of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's Theory on Regional Economy Development

党的三代领导人一方面不断传承马克思主义区域经济思想,以促进生产力发展为基本目标,以人民利益和社会进步为标准的价值取向,坚持从国情出发、走自己的路,主张合理布局生产力;另一方面又与时俱进,根据我国的国情和时代特点不断创新,先后提出区域经济平衡发展、区域经济非均衡发展和区域经济协调发展的思想。在区域经济发展的指导思想、战略要求、主要目标、基本内容和发展方针上不断创新、各具特色,丰富和发展了马克思主义区域经济思想。

There generations leaders of CPC all unceasingly inherit the Marxist theory on regional economy — take the promotion of productivity as basic goal and peoples interests and social progress as value orientation; based on our national conditions,take our own way and reasonably layout the productivity. At the same time,they progress with the times — put forward their respective thought on the development of regional economy:balanced development of the regional economy,unbalanced development of it,concordant development of it. They have innovated with their separate distinguishing ideas in the regional economy development of directions thought,strategic requests,main objectives,basic contents and developments principles,so as to enrich and develop Marxist theory on regional economy.
