随着西部农村城镇化进程的推进和国家宏观经济政策导向,大量农业人口向中小城镇转移促进了西部中小城镇经济的发展。同时,也大大加快了城镇居住小区的建设。本文全面分析了目前西部中小城镇小区规划及开发建设中普遍存在的问题,有针对性地提出了新的规划思路和建议。

With the progress of urbanization in rural areas of western region and the direction of the statemacroscopic economic policy, a great number of agricultural population transferred to small or medium cities ,which promoted the development of the small citys economy in western regions, and at the same time,accelerated residential construction of small cities. The article analyzes general problems in residential planningand development for small cities in western regions and brings up adequate ideas and suggestions.
