摘要
孔子的学习动机理论关注学习的内在动机。立志是学习的根本,持志是保证学习效果与学习动机相统一的必要条件,乐学是主动学习的最佳状态。这种对学习主体内在世界的关注,与当代人本主义的学习动机理论暗合。研究孔子的学习动机理论,对实现从教师中心到学生中心的教育观念的转变,有着特殊的意义。
The theory of Confuciuss study motive is concerned with the internal motives of learning. Being determined is anelementary factor in learning, keeping on it is prerequisite for the unity of learning results and motives, and being happy to learn isthe best state of initiative learning.His concern with the internal world of learning subject coincides with the theory of contem-porary Humanist study motive.To study Confuciuss learning motive has specific significance in the change from teacher-cen-tered to students-centered concept.
