摘要
随着入世后外资企业的蜂拥而入 ,中国民营企业的传统竞争优势很难继续发挥作用。民营企业不仅要深入了解有关WTO的规则和法律 ,以此作为企业经营的原则 ;还要改变传统落后的管理模式 ,全面提升管理水平 ;同时必须抓住内部人才培养这一核心环节。企业要建立学习型组织 ,在和对手的竞争中不断学习、提高 ,这样才能应对WTO所带来的严峻挑战。
As numbers of foreign enterprises have surged into China since its entry into WTO, the traditional competitive dominance of the domestic ones is dying away. Private enterprises should be aware of WTO regulations and rules, and change their laggardly administrating mode, and keep learning from their foreign rivals in the course of their development.
