摘要
20世纪90年代以来,网络、通讯和信息技术的发展,使真正意义上的电子商务应运而生。电子商务突破传统商务三大障碍,形成新经济运作三模式;电子商务使跨国公司重构价值链,尤其是优化了其供应链,降低了营运成本,它加强了跨国公司与客户之间的关系,增加了其全球客户量,提高了其产品差异能力。这些都直接增强了跨国公司的全球竞争优势。
The present paper points out that the presence of e- commerce breaks through the three barriers of the traditional business and helps to establish the three market operational models in the new economy, and that it helps the cross- national companies to realize their global competitive edges in reformulating the value chains, especially supplying chains, reducing operational cost, enhancing the company- client relationships, increasing the number of their global clients. <P>
