草莓主栽品种丰香高效离体再生体系的研究 被引量:20

摘要 以目前国内草莓主栽品种丰香为试材,研究影响不定芽再生的各种因素,以建立简单、快速、高效的叶片离体再生体系。结果表明,对某一特定的基因型来说,外植体类型和外源激素种类对其再生芽的发生频率和数量都有明显的影响。TDZ对芽再生的效果明显比BA强。丰香叶片在LS+TDZ2.0mg/L+2,4 D0.1mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L的分化培养基上再生频率可稳定在46%~52%,平均每叶片再生芽数为1.6~2.2,10~28天叶龄的叶片再生能力较高。 Using the present leading cultivar of strawberry 'Fengxiang' as experimental materials, the factors affecting adventitious shoot regeneration were studied in order to establishment of a reliable, rapid, and efficient in vitro regeneration system of leaf. The results of this study indicated that frequences and amounts of shoot organogenesis were significantly affected by types of the explant and hormone concentrations for a given genotype. Compared with BA, TDZ had a better effect on inducing shoot regeneration. Using the culture medium of LS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+2,4D 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L, the frequences of shoot regeneration were obtained by 46%-52%. The amounts of regeneration shoots from leaves were 1.6-2.2 after 6 weeks of culture. The 10-28 days old leaf had higher regeneration ability. 
