雷公藤提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性

Effect of the crude extract from Tripterygium wilfordii on bioactivities of diamond-back moth,Plutella xylostella L

研究了雷公藤乙醇提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性。结果表明,在选择性和非选择性的条件下,雷公藤提取物对小菜蛾4龄幼虫拒食中浓度分别是0.08%和0.17%。并且,雷公藤提取物对小菜蛾幼虫具有很强的生长发育抑制作用,其抑制中浓度为0.16%。雷公藤提取物对小菜蛾幼虫具有较高的毒杀作用,但表现比较缓慢,小菜蛾处理24h和96h后的中毒杀浓度LC50分别为3.7%和0.12%。

The paper dealted with effect of ethanol extract from the root bark of Triperygium wilfordii on bioactivities of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. The results showed that the medium antifeeding concentrations (AFC50) of the extract against 4th instar P. xylostella larvae were 0.08% and 0.17% in the conditions of no-choice and choice test, respectively. The medium growth inhibiting concentration (EC50) of the extract against 3rd instar larvae was 0.16%. The extract had higher toxic killing effect to P.xylostella larvae. However, the effect was lower. The median lethal concentration (LC50) for the larvae treated for 24 h and 96 h were 3.7% and 0.12%, respectively.
