双色噪声驱动的单模激光的统计性质

摘要 利用线性近似方法推导了具有色量子噪声和色抽运噪声的单模激光饱和损失模型的光强关联函数和功率谱,分析讨论了光强关联函数随时间的演化及功率谱随频率的变化,发现白关联噪声只能使功率谱出现单峰,而在一定条件下,光强关联函数出现极大值。 By means of linear approximation method,the intensity correlation function and power spectrum of the saturation loss-noise model for a single-mode laser with two colored noise are derived. The evolution features of the intensity correlation funtion with time and the power spectrum with Freguency are analysed and discussed. It is found that the frequency-evdution curves of the power spectrum exhibit one peak when considering with conrrelation niose. In certain cases ,the time-evolution curves of the intensity correlation function occur a maximum value.
