EFFECT OF ZrO2 LOADINGS ON CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF Co/SiO2 FOR F - T SYNTHESIS

摘要 考察了添加Zr助剂对钴基催化剂费托合成反应性能的影响,并进行了TPR、TPO、XRD等表征。结果表明,Zr能显著提高催化剂的活性,使C5+烃类的选择性增大。Zr的含量和催化剂焙烧温度、反应温度均对催化剂的性能有较大影响。用CODEX软件优化表明,当催化剂中Zr含量为Zr/Co=0.36(原子比),焙烧温度为673K,反应温度为488K时,C5+收率最大。加入Zr能有效抑制积炭的生成,但催化剂上炭物种的活性变差。 The effect of ZrO2 loadings on Catalytic Performance of Co/SiO2 for F - T Synthesis catalysts was studied. It was found that the addition of cerium oxide can enhance the catalytic activity and the selectivity to C5+ hydrocarbons. Reaction temperature, calcination temperature and ZrO2 loadings have considerable effects on catalytic performance. The optimized catalysts, consisting of Zr/Co mol ratio in the range of 0. 3 - 0.4 and Co loading of 10 wt% , give maxium C5+ yield at the reaction conditions of 488K, 1. 2 MPa and 500 h-1 (GHSV) . TPR and XRD studies show that the reducibility and dispersion of cobalt are not improved by the presence of Zr. However the property of carbon deposit on catalyst has changed because of the addition of Zr.
