摘要
随着炼制进口中东高硫原油数量的增加,炼制高硫原油中出现的问题也越来越突出,为此对炼制高硫原油的腐蚀情况、机理及其对设备的危害性的问题进行了较深入的探讨,在此基础上提出了一系列有针对性的安全对策与措施,并指出了高硫原油的炼制应从源头、过程和后处理三个方面综合考虑,根据原油的性质确定合理的加工流程和加工工艺。
Along with the increase of import of high - sulfur crude oil, the problem has become more and more prominent in refinery plant. The situations of corrosion and the corrosion mechanism, and the harms to equipments are discussed and several proposals of countermeasures are provided for processing high - sulfur crude oil. Comprehensive consideration should be considered at the beginning, processing and post treatment. The selection of processing flow and technologies should be depended on properties of crude oil.
