摘要
酚是一类剧毒性物质,是我国重点控制的污染物之一。介绍了在实验室模拟三相生物流化床中分别对人工含酚废水和燕山石化炼油厂含酚废水进行降解实验,载体使用海藻酸钠氯化钙和从污水厂活性污泥筛选驯化的3种细菌、紫外线诱变的正突变菌和跨界融合得到融合子,用微生物包埋法制作。模拟试验结果显示,3 h微生物对酚的降解具有非常显著的意义,在三相生物流化床中使用微生物包埋法制作的海藻酸钙载体处理含酚废水,处理效果良好。
This paper introduces the simulated test by using three - phase biological fluidized bed to resolve artificial wastewater containing phenol and wastewater from refinery of Yanshan petrochemical company. In the experiment, carrier are sodium kelp acid, calcium chloride and three kinds of tamed bacterium screened from active mud, mutation microorganism of ultraviolet radiation induced mutation, and microorganism of step boundary protoplast fusion are used. The results show that phenol resolving is remarkable in 3 hours and three - phase biological fluidized bed process is suitable for treating the phenol contained wastewater.
