Impact of Health Education on Drug Therapy Compliance in Hypertensive Patients

目的 观察健康教育对高血压患者药物治疗依从性及疾病认识程度的影响。方法 采用问卷式调查法 ,对高血压患者健康教育前后进行药物治疗依从性的调查 ,健康教育前进行对疾病相关知识认知程度的调查。结果 健康教育后药物治疗依从性明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,药物治疗依从性好的患者对疾病的认知明显好于药物治疗依从性差的患者。结论 健康教育能提高高血压患者药物治疗的依从性及对疾病相关知识的认知程度。

Objective To study the impact of health education on drug therapy compliance and knowledge about hypertension in hypertensive patients.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted of drug therapy compliance and knowledge about the disease in hypertensive patients before and after health education.Results Drug therapy compliance improved obviously after health education; patients' knowledge about the disease in the group with good drug therapy compliance was better than that in the group with poor compliance.Conclusion Health education can improve drug therapy compliance and knowledge about the disease in hypertension patients.
