透析器与灌流器串联治疗尿毒症患者的疗效及生活质量评价

Clinical Outcome of Combined Use of HA-type Hemoperfuser and Dialyser in the Treatment of Uremia

目的 评价尿毒症患者用灌流器与透析器串联治疗后的疗效及生活质量。方法 将 6 2例尿毒症患者 ,分为两组 ,一组采用透析器与HA型树脂灌流器串联作透析 灌流 (HP HD)治疗 (串联组 ) ;另一组仅作血液透析治疗 (对照组 ) ,治疗前后检测中分子物质 (MMS)、血尿素氮、肌酐 ,并根据症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )评价患者生活质量。结果 两组患者治疗后MMS均显著降低 ,但串联组MMS降低程度显著大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,生活质量改善情况高于对照组。结论 HA型灌流器作HP HD疗法 ,可清除患者体内的MMS ,提高生活质量 ,治疗次数亦可减少 1 3。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome and life quality of uremic patients who were treated with combined HA type hemoperfuser and dialyser.Methods 62 patients with uremia were divided into two groups: 30 receiving the combined treatment as the study and the remaining 32 receiving hemodialysis only as the control group. Middle Molecule Substance (MMS), BUN,and Cr were measured before and after treatment, and Symptom Checklists (SCL) were scored.Results MMS reduced significantly in both groups after treatment, but more significantly in the study group, and life quality was also better.Conclusion Combined use of HA type hemoperfuser and dialyser can remove MMS more effectively, thus improving the life quality of patients. The frequency of treatment is also reduced from 3 to 2 times each week.
