肿瘤患者266例健康教育需求的调查研究

Need for Health Education in 226 Cancer Patients

目的 提高肿瘤患者的健康教育效果 ,改善其健康行为 ,并力求找到一种合适的健康教育的模式。方法 对 2 66例肿瘤患者进行健康教育需求问卷调查。结果 肿瘤患者普遍健康观念不甚完整 ,住院期间对疾病相关知识、药物相关知识以及治疗费用比较关心 ,出院后对继续用药相关知识、饮食指导、疼痛的预防和处理等比较关心。结论 患者需要医院家庭社区一体化的健康教育模式 ,同时要因人而异 。

Objective To establish a model of health education for patients with cancer.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted in 266 cancer patients admitted between May 2000 and May 2001 concerning the need for health education.Results There was an incomplete conception about health in these patients. As inpatients, they were more concerned about the knowledge related to their diseases, knowledge about the use of related drugs and medical expenses, and as outpatients, they were more concerned about the knowledge of how to use the drugs continuously, dietary instructions and prevention and treatment of pains.Conclusion A unified family community model of health education is needed for cancer patients, and this model should vary from individual to individual.
