摘要信贷资产的质量事关商业银行的生存 ,信贷分岗运作流程中的核心环节是信贷审批。本文试图从行为科学的崭新角度 ,对贷审委决策行为的决策程序、任务结构特征、决策环境、认知水平、信息利用模式、群体思维的特征及网络环境下贷审委的决策行为等展开研究 ,并对贷审委决策行为的绩效评估作了理论分析。 The quality of loan assets is essential to the survival of commercial banks. The core in the operation of different sectors of loaning is loan decision making. This paper tries to do the research from the behavior science's point of view: LSC's decision making behavior's procedure, the structural characteristics of tasks, decision making environment, identification level, information utilization mode, group thinking characteristics and LSC's decision making behavior under web environment. It also theoretically analyzes LSC's decision making performance evaluation.
