摘要
在用传统PAC和PAM配合使用处理棉浆黑液的基础上,用160mg/L的CaCl2预处理,并增加5%的PAM用量,可使原CODcr为37951mg/L棉浆浓黑液的CODcr去除率从72.63%提高到82.02%,实验证明这种方法是有效、经济、可行的。
This paper uses CaCl2 as flocculation-aid in the pretreatment of cotton pulping black liquor with PAC and PAM treatment. The results indicate that the removal rate of CODcr of the black liquor with CODcr 3795 mg/L can reach 82. 02% with CaCl2 ( 160mg/L) pretreatment and increasing 5% dosage of PAM. The experiment proves that the method is effective,economical and feasible.
