多形式便民和绿色通道医疗服务的尝试

A Trial of Multiform Green-pathway of Convenient Service

目的探讨不同人群来院就诊的医疗服务方式和途径。方法开展藏区一条龙服务 ,金卡特殊医疗 ,“网络医院”绿色通道服务 ,预约挂号 ,社区医疗服务。结果门诊人次以每年 10 %的速度递增。结论医院开展多形式便民和绿色通道服务 ,满足了不同人群来院就诊的基础上 ,明显提高了医院的经济效益和社会效益。

Objective To explore the methods and pathway of medical care for different population of outpatients. Mehods Special services for Tibetan people and patients with golden card, green-pathway services provided by web hospital, precontact of registration and community health care were developed. Results The number of outpatients was increased by 10 % per year. Conclusion Development of multiform convenient green pathway of service can not only meet he needs of different population of outpatients, but also improve the economic and social effect of hospital obviously.
