摘要
目的 :探讨高海拔地区大鼠严重烧伤后肾脏病理改变以及复方红景天参芪花粉 (RACC)对其影响 ;方法 :1 56只大鼠随机分为试验组 (红景天组 )、对照组及正常组 ;试验组伤前用RACC4ml灌胃给药 ,对照组及正常组给生理盐水 4ml灌胃 ;伤后不同时相点剖腹取肾组织 ,1 0 %福尔马林固定 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,HE染色 ;结果 :伤后 3h对照组肾小球及肾小管即发生严重损伤 ,以肾小球为著 ,72h尚未恢复正常 ,试验组则损伤较轻 ,伤后(48~ 72 )h后肾小球结构基本恢复正常 ;结论
Objective:To study pathological changes of kidney after rats were burnt severely, and protective effects of Rhadiola Astragalus Codonopsis Compound (RACC) on kidney at high altitude.Methods:A total of 156 rats, exposed in altitude of 3 480m for 1 week, were randomly divided into the test group (72 animals), in which the rats were burnt up to Ⅲ°and the RACC was taken (oral 4ml) before burn, the test control group (72 animals), in which the burnt rats were taken normal saline (oral 4ml) before burn and the normal group (12 animals), in which the healthy rats were taken normal saline (oral 4ml) only. The pathological observation of kidney was performed by microscopy among three groups after 3h,6h,12h;24h,48h,72h burn.Results:There were obviously differences of pathological changes in three groups after 3hrs burn. Morphological changes of the kidney in the test control group were the most severe, the test group mild and no injury changes in the normal group.Conclusion:The RACC could protect obviously the rats from the severe kidney injury.
