血清对氧磷酯酶活性变化与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨对氧磷酯酶 (PON)活性变化与 2型糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的关系。 方法 用分光光度法检测 96例DR患者、82例单纯 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者及 5 8例正常对照者血清PON的活性 ;用放免法检测血清免疫反应性胰岛素 (IRI)、C肽 (C P)的水平。 结果  ( 1)DR患者血清PON活性明显低于DM患者 (F =11.0 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ,DM患者血清PON活性低于正常对照者 (F =16 .90 ,P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )PON活性与空腹血清胰岛素及C P水平无明显相关 (r=0 .113,P >0 .0 5 ,r=0 .10 9,P >0 .0 5 ) ;( 3)Logistic回归分析表明 ,PON活性 (P <0 .0 1)是DR的独立变异危险因素。 Objective To investigate the association of PON activity with type 2 diabetes mellitus retinopathy (DR). Methods PON activity was estimated by photometer in 82 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (DM) and 96 DR patients and 58 normal control subjects. Serum immune reactive insulin (IRI) and C peptide (C P) concentration were measured by radio immunity. Results PON activity of DR patients was lower than that of DM patients( F=11.04, P< 0.01) and the activity of DM patients was lower than that of normal control subjects ( F=16.90, P <0.01). Correlation analysis results suggested that there was no significant correlation between PON activity and fasting serum IRI and C P ( r=0.133,P>0.05;r=0.109,P>0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis results suggested that PON activity ( P <0 01) was the independent risk factor of DR. Conclusions PON activity is associated with the pathogenesis of DR.
