急性缺氧幼猪应用一氧化氮、左旋精氨酸、氨茶碱后血流动力学及血气变化的观察 被引量:21

摘要 目的 :了解一氧化氮 (NO)、左旋精氨酸 (L -Arg)、氨茶碱对急性高原病的治疗情况 ;方法 :利用右心漂浮导管法对急性缺氧幼猪应用NO、L -Arg、氨茶碱后血流动力学及血气的变化情况进行观察 ;结果 :急性缺氧幼猪应用NO、L -Arg、氨茶碱后 ,各组自身前后比较 ,肺血管阻力 (PVR)、肺动脉平均压 (mPAP)均显著降低 ,SaO2 、PaO2 显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 5) ,其中以NO的改变幅度最大 ;结论 :NO、L -Arg、氨茶碱均能显著降低急性缺氧幼猪的肺动脉压 ,提高SaO2 。 Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of NO, L-Arg, Aminophylline on acute high aititude disease.Methods:We observed the changes of Hemodynamics and blood-gas in acute hypoxia piglets after being used NO, L-Arg and Aminophylline through Swan-Ganz catheter.Results:The values of Pulmonary Vascular Resistance(PVR), Mean Pulmonary Arterial Pressure (mPAP) in acute hypoxia piglets after being use NO, L-Arg and Aminophylline were lower than before being done whereas the SaO 2, PaO 2 in their artery raised significantly (P<0.001~0.05).Among those NO group they changed tobe more obvious.Conclusion:NO,L-Arg and Aminophylline may reduce the PAP but increase the values of SaO 2, PaO 2 in acute hypoxia piglets, and the effect of NO is best.
