精神分裂症患者头发铅、镉、铝、锌、铬及镍含量的性别和年龄差异

Sex and age difference of the amount of Pb,Cd,Al,Zn,Cr and Ni in hair of 440 cases of schizophrenia patients

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者头发铅、镉、铝、锌、铬及镍含量的性别和年龄差异。方法 采用WFX— 12型原子吸收分光光度计平行测定 4 4 0例精神分裂症患者头发上述六种微量元素的含量进行性别比较 ,并按 2 9岁之前、30～ 4 9岁之间、5 0岁之后三个年龄段进行分组比较。结果 ①上述六种微量元素含量存在性别差异 ,男患者头发镉、锌含量均高于女患者 (P值分别为 0 0 0、0 0 1) ;②患者三个年龄段的头发上述六种微量元素含量比较均无显著差异 (P值均 >0 0 5 )。结论 精神分裂症患者头发铅、镉、铝、锌、铬、镍含量存在性别差异 ,但无年龄差异。

Objective To discuss on the sex and age difference of the amount of Pb,Cd,Al,Zn,Cr and Ni in hair of schizophrenia patients.Methods To debermine the amount of Pb,Cd,Al,Zn,Cr and Ni in hair of 440 cases of schizophrenia patients ,with the light-distribution photo metre of WFX-12 Model,440 cases were all divided into three age periods (before 29 years old,between 30～49 years old,after 50 years old) and to discuss the difference between sex and age of them.Result There is sex difference in the amount of Cd and Zn( P =0.00,0.01).The amount of Cd and Zn is higher in the male patients than in the female patients.There is no obvious significance among three periods of patients age( P >0 05).Conclusion The amount of Pb,Cd,Al,Zn,Cr and Ni in hair of schizophrenia patients has sex difference and no age difference.
