摘要
目的探讨梯度磁场对实验性高粘血症的预防作用及其机理。方法取健康艾维茵商品代肉鸡200只常规育雏 ,十日龄称重后随机分为三组 :实验组 (40只 ,低温饲养 ,加梯度磁场处理 )、低温对照组 (简称低温组 ,40只 ,低温饲养 ,不加梯度磁场处理 )和常温对照组 (简称常温组 ,120只 ,常温饲养 ,不加梯度磁场处理 )。38日龄三组各随机取24只 ,测血常规和全血比粘度。结果实验组和常温组红细胞计数 (RBC)、血红蛋白含量 (Hb)和红细胞比容 (HCT)均显著性低于低温组 (P<0.05)。而实验组与常温组之间无显著性差异 ;实验组和常温组高切、中切与低切时的全血比粘度均显著性低于低温组 (P<0.05) ,而实验组与常温组之间无显著性差异。结论低温处理可诱发实验性高粘血症 ;梯度磁场对该病有良好的预防作用 ;预防机理与梯度磁场能阻止低温条件下的红细胞增生有关。
Objective To study the precaution against experimental hyperviscosaemia with gradient magnetic field and its mechanism.Methods200broiler chickens were randomly divided into treatment group(group T,40birds,lowtemperature and gradient magnetic field)、lowtemperature control group(group L,40birds,lowtemperature and no gradient magnetic field)and normal temperature control group(group N,120birds,normal temperature and no gradient magnetic field).Blood routine and blood ratio viscosity of all groups at the age of38days were examined.Results RBC、Hb and PCVin group Tand group Nwere significantly lower than those in group L,but RBC、Hb and PCVin group Twere similar to those in group N;Blood ratio viscosity(at60s -1 、40s -1 and20s -1 )in group Tand group Nwere significantly lower than those in group L,but blood ratio viscosity(at60s -1 、4Os -1 and20s -1 )in group T were similar to those in group N.Conclusions lowtemperature could induce experimental hyˉperviscosaemia;gradient magnetic field has good preventive effect against it;Its mechanism was that gradient magˉnetic field could prevent red blood cell from proliferating at lowtemperature.
