摘要
目的 :探讨经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。方法 :对 2 6例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切后行 THP膀胱灌注。结果 :2 6例中 ,复发 2例 ,临床症状完全消失 18例 ,好转 6例。结论 :电切术联合吡柔比星是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种可行有效的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the method and result of intravesical instillation of pirarubin (THP) combining with transurethral electrovaporization in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods:26 patients with cystitis glandularis were treated with intravesical instillation of pirarubin after transurethral resection.Results:26 cases were all followed up.The recurrence occurred only in 2 cases.The clinical symptom of 18 cases disappcared and 6 of 26 cases were alleviated.Conclusion:Combining of the transurethral electrovaporization and pirarubicin intravesical instillation is effective against local recurrence of cystitis glandularis.
