摘要
本文说明了农业承包合同的概念和法律特征 ,探讨了农业承包合同的法律性质 ,并对我国现行农业承包合同中存在的问题进行了分析 ,对完善我国农业承包合同的法律规定提出了建议。
This paper articulats the concept and legal features of agricultural benefit contract, explores legal character about agricultural benefit contract and, with the analysis of existing problems of agricultural benefit contract in China, puts forward some proposals to perfect legal provisions of agricultural benefit contract in China.
