An Introduction about the Investment Control System of Corporations

本文简要论述投资控制的重要性 ,指出建立完善的投资控制体系是实现企业持续稳定发展的重要措施 ,并介绍国外某公司的投资控制体系以供借鉴。

This paper first briefly discusses the implications of investment control,and then points out the fact that the stable and sustainable development of an enterprise relies on the establishment of a perfect investment control system.In the end,a German corporation with such a model system is presented.
