On the Aesthetical Characteristics of Literary Translation

翻译的过程是一个译者与原文作者通过文本对话的过程 ,也是一个译者与读者艺术接受的过程。本文认为 ,只有把翻译的一般原理与审美特征结合起来 ,才能产生良好的文学翻译效果。

This paper intends to discuss the enlightenment we gain from aesthetics in literary translation studies.Translation is a process of dialogue between the translator and the original writer by means of the text,and also a process of art reception between the translator and the reader.The author suggests that only by combining the general translation principles with the characteristics of aesthetics,can a good result be achieved in literary translation.
