头颅局部亚低温佐治脑出血的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 观察局部亚低温佐治脑出血的临床疗效。方法 将 41例脑出血患者分为两组 :亚低温治疗组 ( 2 0例 )和对照组 ( 2 1例 )。治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用局部亚低温治疗 ,对照组为单纯常规药物治疗。在不同时间对两组进行 NIH神经功能评分和 Barthel指数评分对比。结果 治疗组第 14天、30天、6 0天、90天NIH评分降低 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,第 30天、6 0天、90天 Barthel指数评分提高 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 局部亚低温治疗可促进脑出血患者神经功能缺损恢复 ,明显改善预后。 Objective To observe the effect of the brain-located mild hypothermia auxiliary therapy on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 41 patients were divided into two groups,treatment group (20 cases) and control group (21 cases).Regular treatment was used in both groups, and the located mild hypothermia therapy was just applied in treatment group. In different time, NIH stroke scale and Barthel index scale were compared.Result NIH stroke scale of treatment group decreased at 14d,30d,60d And 90d( P <0.05),and Barthel index scale increased at 30d,60d and 90d( P <0.05).Conclusion The brain-located mild hypothermia therapy can promote the nerve function deficient recovery,and significantly improve prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients.
