ACE-1基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的遗传易感性研究

Polymorphisms of ACE-l gene and genetic susceptibility of ischemic stroke

目的 研究血管紧张素 - 1转换酶 ( ACE- 1)基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中 ( IS)的关系。方法 运用多聚酶链反应 ( PCR)技术检测 143例 IS及 15 4例对照组患者 ACE- 1基因多态性。结果 IS组 ACE- 1基因 DD基因型和 D等位基因与对照组比较差异无统计学意义 ;重型组 ID基因型与对照组相比有统计学意义 ,D等位基因与临床IS相关。结论 ACE- 1基因 ID基因型可能是 IS危险因子 ,ID基因型与重型 IS有关。

Objective To study the relationship between polymorphisms of ACE-1 gene and ischemic stroke (IS).Methods 143 IS patients and 154 controls were recruited in the study,their polymorphisms of ACE-1 gene were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results There were no significant difference between the frequencies of DD genotype and D allele of ACE-1 gene in IS patients and those in controls,but there were association between ID genotype and serious IS and between D allele and clinical IS.Conclusion ID genotype of ACE-1 gene may be the risk factor of IS.ID genotype is associated with serious IS.
